Terrible medical service with zero patient care

My 4-year-old developed a severe cough, and as a last resort, I decided to seek professional medical advice after exhausting all home remedies. I attempted to secure an appointment by calling the moment they opened. At 7:57, an automated system rejected my call, claiming the service wasn't available. Mysteriously, by 8:00, I was 30th in the queue. How is it possible to have over 30 calls in just one minute? Their technology seems suspiciously sophisticated. After waiting over 40 minutes, someone answered and simply stated they were fully booked. I must emphasize this isn't a small village practice with limited patients, but a town medical center. What infuriated me further was the receptionist's complete lack of professionalism. She hastily tried to end the call without listening to my concerns. Only when I mentioned my child's age did her attitude slightly shift, suggesting I call 111. Their approach is consistently unhelpful - every interaction ends with "call back tomorrow" and doctors who seemingly rely more on Google than medical expertise. Their complaint process is equally frustrating. You can't even submit feedback online and must appear in person. They can't accommodate emergency patients but expect you to physically visit to lodge a complaint. I attempted to update my personal details, completed all required paperwork, and was assured changes would be processed within a week. Surprisingly, three months later, they contacted me requesting additional passport documentation. I strongly advise anyone, especially parents, to avoid this practice. Their incompetence and attitude are absolutely unacceptable.
