Terrible medical service with zero patient care

I recently attempted to get a blood test at East Surrey hospital but was thwarted by long queues and infection risks. Consequently, I scheduled an appointment with the practice, which was set two weeks later. Upon arrival today, I was a mere 5 minutes late due to unexpected roadworks on Reigate Road, and shockingly, the nurse refused to proceed with my test. I tried to engage with a manager or the PA who originally requested the blood work, arguing that being turned away for a 5-minute delay was completely unreasonable. However, the receptionist stonewalled me, stating no one was available and that I could only lodge a complaint in writing. Clearly, they had no intention of addressing the issue immediately. I must emphasize that this practice has consistently been unhelpful, from appointment scheduling to result retrieval. I'm skeptical whether complaints can drive any meaningful improvement, especially given their low 2.7 Google review rating. Why haven't they made changes? Their approach to blood tests seems nonsensical - why refer patients elsewhere instead of providing proper phlebotomy services? Even when an appointment is secured, it's always weeks later, rendering the diagnostic value questionable. It appears the service is purely profit-driven with no genuine healthcare commitment. Every attempt to speak with leadership is met with refusal. Their lack of accountability is shameful, and I've decided to completely avoid Birchwood Medical Center.
