Terrible medical service with zero patient care

I get the impression this place has devolved from medical practice to a mere call center operation. I've been struggling to secure an appointment for my young child for two years now. Their approach involves dispensing diagnoses solely based on phone conversations, without physically examining the patient. Despite the pandemic being over, they continue to make excuses to avoid in-person consultations!
