Terrible medical support during my mother's final years

During the challenging period leading up to my mother's passing, I encountered significant communication barriers with this medical practice. Telephone interactions were consistently problematic, with wait times stretching to nearly three-quarters of an hour, and calls frequently disconnecting mid-conversation. My attempts to directly contact her physician, Dr. Helen Billington, proved equally futile. She seemed perpetually absent on leave, and when actually available, her responses were consistently curt and impatient. Whenever I raised legitimate concerns about my mother's medical condition or prescribed treatments, I was made to feel like an inconvenient interruption rather than a concerned family member. The overall experience was nothing short of disheartening and exasperating. Though my mother passed away two years ago, I sincerely hope the practice has undergone improvements, though I remain profoundly skeptical that any meaningful changes have occurred.
