Terrible medical support from unhelpful front desk staff

Extremely subpar customer service where the front desk staff demonstrate a complete inability to handle basic requests for medical support. Their sole purpose in answering the phone is supposedly to facilitate connections with healthcare providers, yet they fail miserably at even this fundamental task. These employees are mere administrative workers, not medical experts, and their incompetence is frustratingly evident.
