Terrible nurse made me feel like a bad mum

I requested an appointment with a doctor for myself and my two young children to get antibiotics, but instead was given an appointment with a "nurse" (completely different roles). Rather than listening to my concerns, she criticized my two-year-old's asthma treatment, making me feel like a bad mother. My daughter has all the asthma symptoms but is too young for a formal diagnosis. Pediatricians have already acknowledged her condition. The nurse lectured me about the dangers of using a blue inhaler unnecessarily, despite my daughter needing it alongside her pink and grey inhalers and nightly medication. I asked for all prescriptions to be sent to the same pharmacy, but she sent one to the opposite side of town, which is ridiculous since we all live in the same household. I called the doctors back the next day to confirm the safety of my daughter's inhalers, only to be told they couldn't advise me and to call back Monday - it's absurd. I've never had issues with this practice before this nurse. I struggle with mental health and am heavily pregnant, which I informed the receptionist who initially claimed she wasn't part of the appointment, but then contradicted herself by commenting on the nurse's actions. I hope the Witham Health Center ensures my daughter's health improves and prevents another hospital admission, as I WILL pursue this matter further. It's completely unacceptable.
