Terrible patient access site locks me out constantly

The patient access portal, which claims to offer easy self-scheduling and prescription refills, is an absolute nightmare! I registered ages ago and have my login details saved on my phone. It initially worked a couple of times, but now every single login attempt results in a message claiming I've had three incorrect tries and am locked out - even when I've only attempted once! I've double-checked my information at the reception desk, had staff verify my details, and still get the same rejection message! It's incredibly aggravating because if you don't arrive at the clinic by 7am to secure an emergency slot or call precisely at 8am, all appointments are gone for the day. Advanced booking is no longer an option, which is completely absurd!
