*Please read till the bottom, thank you* The medical practice is excellent, and the doctors are compassionate and genuinely concerned about their patients - I truly have no complaints about them. HOWEVER, the on-site pharmacy is absolutely terrible! The staff are discourteous and completely unhelpful. Obtaining a prescription can take an eternity, even for the simplest medications. They promise a one-hour turnaround, but when you arrive to collect, they look at you with contempt and claim it's not ready, suggesting you're too early and must now wait even longer. They then roll their eyes when you inquire about the completion time. My partner suffers from a serious medical condition requiring daily medication to manage symptoms. Last week, when he urgently needed his prescription, they assured him it would be ready by 6pm after he had called first thing in the morning. Upon arriving at 6pm and requesting his medication, the staff member rudely gestured to their watch, implying he was too late, and walked away - despite the fact they were technically open until 6:15pm. Even after my partner explained the critical nature of his medication, he was dismissively told to return the next morning with no guarantee of service. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE seek an alternative pharmacy if possible, as this one demonstrates complete indifference to patients' needs. Knowing full well my partner's condition and the consequences of missed medication, they still refused to assist him during their operating hours - it's absolutely appalling!
