Terrible Phone Manners at Dr. Johal's Office

The receptionist at this practice is absolutely terrible, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with patients over the phone. Dr. Johal, if you're reading this, I implore you to address the behavior of your front desk staff immediately. These women who answer the phones seem completely indifferent to patient needs, frequently not picking up calls or abruptly hanging up. This is unacceptable, especially when patients are in critical health situations. These receptionists appear more interested in chatting with each other than performing their job responsibilities. Why are they being paid if they can't handle basic customer service? I strongly urge you to take swift action and hire staff who genuinely care about patients' well-being. I'm reluctant to confront them in person, as the interaction would likely be extremely unpleasant. Something needs to change, and quickly.
