Terrible Phone Service and Endless Waiting

The phone service is utterly abysmal, with constant connection difficulties. After struggling for nearly an hour to finally reach someone one morning, they unceremoniously hung up on me. I've been waiting three weeks for blood test results with zero information about their status. My doctor insisted on a face-to-face consultation, promising to schedule an appointment that never materialized. I'm still battling ongoing stomach problems and remain unable to communicate with the practice, with staff repeatedly insisting appointments can only be made by phone that morning. If my condition worsens significantly, I'll likely end up in the emergency room. Frankly, the entire practice seems eerily deserted, even when I've managed to secure appointments for my children. It appears privatization and outsourcing are gradually transforming healthcare into an impersonal, dysfunctional system.
