Terrible phone service and frustrating appointment booking

Opening at 8:15 am, I began dialing, but their phone line remained shut until 8:20 am. After that, I was stuck on hold for 20 minutes, and then another 7-8 minutes before a staff member finally answered. Every time I call, I'm always waiting over 25-30 minutes on the line, and they're consistently claiming to be fully booked. I absolutely despise this approach, particularly when it comes to children's urgent medical needs with no emergency appointments available.
