Terrible phone service during covid nightmare

Getting in touch via telephone is an exercise in futility. Calls frequently go unanswered or abruptly terminate. Throughout the pandemic, their performance was dismally inadequate, with services nearly grinding to a halt and critical procedures like blood tests becoming extremely rare. The number of physicians seems stagnant or even diminished compared to the 1980s, when healthcare quality was markedly superior. Such substandard care is unacceptable. I'm actively seeking a more competent medical practice that actually meets patient needs.
