Terrible phone service leaves patient frustrated and unheard

I repeatedly attempted to reach them via telephone, but consistently encountered no response. During my first call, I was left waiting for approximately 16 minutes, and when I tried again just 10 minutes later, I remained on hold for 23 minutes and 46 seconds. Frustrated, I decided to visit their location in person, only to find that despite wearing a mask, no staff member would engage with me. I'm genuinely worried about my urgent need to communicate with someone. It infuriates me that employees are present at the front desk yet completely ignore incoming calls. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable and unfair to patients like myself. I am thoroughly disheartened by this experience 😡😡😡
