Terrible phone service ruins an otherwise great medical practice

Reaching reception has become an almost impossible task, and even when contact is made, appointment availability seems non-existent. I'm currently trapped in a 42-minute phone limbo, with absolute silence replacing what used to be hold music and automated messages after the first half hour. I'm hesitant to disconnect, terrified of losing my tenuous place in what might be a phantom queue. On the rare occasions I've successfully secured an appointment, the actual medical care is outstanding. The nurse practitioners, in particular, are incredibly skilled and compassionate - I've consistently received top-notch treatment. My sole complaint revolves around the maddening challenge of simply establishing initial contact by telephone. Still waiting... fingers crossed for a breakthrough!
