Terrible phone service ruins patient experience

I concur with the sentiments expressed by previous reviewers over the past half-year. Attempting to contact their office invariably results in a perpetually busy line until around midday. Even when I successfully navigate through their automated menu system and select an option, there's consistently no human response. As a consequence, whenever I require an in-person medical consultation, I'm compelled to seek private healthcare, incurring a cost of £90 per visit.
