Terrible phone service ruins patient experience

I deducted 2 stars due to their subpar phone support. The call queues are excessively lengthy, and the customer service representatives display a remarkable lack of engagement, bordering on discourteous behavior. I'm not anticipating a lengthy, casual chat during peak hours, but when I'm explaining my concerns, I at least want some indication that they're documenting my issue. On a positive note, the medical staff - doctors and nurses - are generally pleasant, and we've adjusted our expectations about seeing the same healthcare provider consistently.
