Terrible phone service that wastes patients time

I attempted to contact the clinic to schedule a stitch removal appointment. Initially, I waited 10 minutes to reach a receptionist who then transferred me to another department's line. After 14 minutes with no response, I repeated my calls multiple times, each attempt lasting 10-12 minutes without anyone picking up. The automated message claiming "your call is important to us" felt like a cruel joke. The service was shockingly poor and unprofessional. Patients clearly merit a much higher standard of care. There appears to be zero quality management or responsibility, which completely erodes any confidence in this medical practice. One can only speculate about the potential unseen consequences for patients subjected to such negligence.
