Terrible phone service wasting my precious time

I receive a message requesting me to contact the medical office. Upon calling, I find myself third in line. An hour passes, and I'm still holding, with automated messages continually expressing gratitude for my patience. I've been first in the queue for more than thirty minutes. It's painfully clear that the staff have abandoned their posts for a meal break, leaving patients hanging with complete indifference. This treatment is absolutely unacceptable, and it's evident that no one at the practice cares about the inconvenience caused.
