Terrible phone system ruins patient experience

The phone connection is absolutely abysmal - it drops every single call I attempt to make! It's mind-boggling how you practically need to dial a hundred times just to have a slim chance of reaching someone (and that's assuming you even connect at all). The sheer frustration of trying to schedule an appointment while constantly getting disconnected right when you're in the phone queue is beyond aggravating. This practice is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of them.
