Terrible phone system wastes patients precious time

I reached out to the medical center to schedule a consultation following my test outcomes, only to be greeted by an automated system that informed me I was 19th in line. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, 16 minutes had passed and I had barely moved, now positioned at 17th in the queue. Such a prolonged wait is utterly unacceptable, especially when the only alternative to this phone system is physically going to the clinic. This ongoing issue has persisted for far too long and demands immediate attention and resolution.
