Terrible Phone System Wastes Patients' Time

Scheduling an appointment here is utterly ridiculous. The phone lines are perpetually jammed, and the online consultation system is unreliable at best. Even when you manage to submit an e-consult, the physicians disregard your preferred contact times, calling during work hours when you explicitly requested otherwise—completely inconsiderate of professionals with inflexible schedules. They desperately need to expand their reception staff. Countless times I've been first in the queue, only to have the call drop after enduring over an hour of waiting, leaving me frustrated and without assistance. Serious improvements are needed. Their current service standard is completely unacceptable.
