Terrible physiotherapist dismisses patient's chronic pain

My elderly mother has been enduring persistent back and knee discomfort for years, with obvious underlying medical concerns. She consulted Russell Shill, a First Contact Physiotherapist, who dismissively claimed her pain was psychological and that treating her would be too expensive for the NHS. This is absolutely unacceptable - we contribute our taxes precisely to ensure healthcare support when needed. The fact she was essentially brushed aside and told to contact a physiotherapy helpline, which she has previously done without any pain relief, is completely inappropriate and demonstrates a shocking lack of professional care and compassion.
