Terrible practice manager ruins patient experience

Alright, I've had time to process this... After careful consideration, here's my honest account. I was a long-standing patient at this practice with no previous issues until encountering the current practice manager. Shortly after undergoing surgery for potential prostate cancer, I attempted to book an appointment. The practice manager insisted I see a nurse instead of a doctor, despite my concerns about potential surgical complications. During our heated exchange, which she initiated, I expressed frustration and immediately apologized. She then completely refused me any medical consultation. My ex-wife subsequently visited the surgery to understand their complaint procedure, only to be essentially dismissed. When I was finally called in to see Dr. Taylor, she showed no genuine concern for my medical situation, instead focusing on the practice manager's desire to ban me. I was given a mere week to find alternative medical care. Shockingly, my ex-wife received a similar letter banning her from the practice, simply for inquiring about their complaint process. NHS England was astounded by their actions. My ex-wife endured a week of significant stress awaiting their decision. Ultimately, NHS England rejected the surgery's decision, determining they had not followed proper procedures and requiring them to issue an apology. I've since found a new, satisfactory medical practice. However, I cannot recommend Pumphouse Surgery while their current management remains. Disturbingly, I noticed negative NHS reviews were mysteriously removed, raising serious questions about their transparency. My ex-wife was terrified to have me write this review, fearful of potential retaliation - which speaks volumes about the practice's intimidating approach. The fact that they've struggled for years to attract another doctor, while nearby surgeries thrive, surely raises red flags about their professional environment.
