Terrible Practice: Years of Dismissive Healthcare Experiences

My experience with this general practice has been quite disappointing over the years, leading me to finally switch providers, and what a remarkable change it has made! Gone are the days of dealing with unkind receptionists who pry into every personal aspect of my medical visits. There was an instance when I faced respiratory issues, and after contacting the 111 service, they advised me to seek urgent care. However, when I reached out to the reception team for assistance, they dismissed my concerns by saying, "I can hear you’re breathing fine over the phone." Additionally, I've had a mole on my chest that has been steadily growing for several years. Despite attending three appointments where I was reassured that there was nothing to be concerned about—despite having photographic evidence documenting its growth—I have finally consulted a new physician who is taking appropriate action by scheduling a biopsy for next week. It truly astonishes me that PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) has not yet taken measures to close down this clinic given these troubling experiences.
