Terrible reception after 161 calls

I'm utterly frustrated with their incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful front desk personnel. They consistently place calls on hold and after the scheduled appointment window closes, they flatly refuse to reschedule. While the doctors themselves are compassionate and welcoming, securing an appointment feels like an unpredictable game of chance. It's unacceptable that they treat healthcare, especially for children, as some random lottery. The school administration demands medical documentation, but how can patients obtain such proof when the GP's staff is so unhelpful? I absolutely will not recommend this practice to anyone in my social circle. During one particularly aggravating attempt, I dialed 161 times within just half an hour and still couldn't secure an appointment. This general practice is so inefficient that patients are not only left without medical care but also forced to bear unnecessary call charges. They should seriously reconsider their entire operational approach.
