Terrible reception and scheduling nightmare

The reception staff display an alarming lack of compassion and professionalism. Not only are they frequently at capacity despite morning form submissions, but missed phone calls virtually guarantee appointment cancellation. Their promise that "doctors will call back" is often dishonest, forcing patients to repeatedly chase communication. While I understand high demand can cause oversights, providing misleading information without apology is unacceptable. A personal incident highlights their poor service: while experiencing significant pain and unable to immediately answer a call, I returned the call within 10 minutes, only to be met with rudeness and no alternative options, simply being told to "try again tomorrow". Consistently, calls arrive after 5pm regardless of early form submission, making scheduling an absolute nightmare and rendering timely medical attention nearly impossible. The complete absence of empathy from staff is profoundly disappointing. There should be far greater effort to support patients and develop alternative appointment methods, especially given the current form system's evident shortcomings and the critical reliance on GP services during these challenging times.
