Terrible reception ruins a good medical practice

As a patient at this clinic, I am utterly appalled by the unprofessional and discourteous reception staff. Attempting to communicate with them is an exercise in frustration, as they seem eager to cut conversations short and quickly terminate phone calls. Their demeanor makes patients feel pressured and hurried when trying to explain their needs. The morning appointment booking process is particularly challenging - calling precisely at 8am still results in a 30-minute wait, only to be informed that no appointments are available. I've experienced this disappointing scenario for two consecutive days, which is extremely aggravating for patients seeking medical attention. While the doctors themselves are wonderful, the receptionist's rude attitude significantly undermines the overall patient experience and creates unnecessary stress for those already dealing with health concerns.
