Terrible reception ruins an otherwise good medical practice

The front desk staff are completely ineffective, plagued by continuous communication breakdowns and disorganization. They've even managed to misplace sensitive documentation. They'll instruct you to contact them on certain days for information, then abruptly change their stance and refuse to provide those details. Their customer service is non-existent, and when confronted with questions, they robotically recite scripted responses without actually addressing your concerns. Their performance is equally terrible whether you're interacting in person or over the telephone. It's truly disappointing because the medical professionals - doctors and nurses - are excellent, but the entire reception team desperately needs replacement with competent staff who understand basic communication and professional conduct.
