Terrible reception ruins healthcare experience

Honestly, the most problematic aspect of Horizon Healthcare is their front desk staff. The receptionist demonstrates an unacceptable level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior when interacting with patients. I strongly believe Horizon needs to recruit new reception personnel who can communicate courteously. With such a poor attitude, the entire healthcare facility's reputation suffers. The receptionists appear disengaged and indifferent. While the doctors are satisfactory, the reception team urgently requires improvement in staffing and customer service approach.
