Terrible reception ruins otherwise great medical experience

The reception team is incredibly unprofessional, casually discussing private details within earshot. Staffing levels at the front desk are woefully inadequate, causing significant delays in check-ins and phone response times. I was left waiting on hold for well over 40 minutes just to speak with someone. In stark contrast, the medical professionals are top-notch - highly skilled and meticulous in their approach. Unfortunately, the front desk personnel completely undermine the otherwise excellent standard of care at this medical practice.
