The medical professionals during my treatment were excellent and highly skilled, but the reception staff were a complete disappointment. Their customer service was appalling, with employees who treated patients disrespectfully, fabricated information about services, and seemed eager to provoke confrontations that could potentially jeopardize appointment scheduling. These receptionists appear unmotivated and incompetent, lacking any genuine passion for their work. It seems they are merely filling positions while younger, more enthusiastic individuals would approach the job with greater dedication and commitment. The clinic's management urgently needs to reassess and retrain these front desk staff, or consider replacing them entirely. Their current approach is unacceptable, and as a result, I will be seeking medical care elsewhere.
