Terrible reception ruins potential good medical experience

Getting in touch with reception is an incredibly frustrating experience that takes forever. The staff seem perpetually occupied, forcing you to repeatedly dial and wait. When you ultimately connect, the receptionist is shockingly discourteous and immediately brushes you off without genuine assistance. Ironically, the doctors themselves are actually quite competent once you navigate past the terrible front desk barriers. They desperately need to upgrade their telephone infrastructure and hire more patient-oriented administrative personnel.
