Terrible reception ruins what could be perfect care

The reception team is incredibly frustrating, misplacing my children's vaccine documentation from Portugal and then turning around to criticize me for their own mistake. They consistently struggle to provide clear, helpful information. The medical staff and nurses are excellent, and if not for the reception's incompetence, I would have awarded a perfect rating. The reception staff never fail to disappoint. I recently attempted to schedule an appointment and spoke with a representative who informed me they were fully booked for the morning but suggested I call back at 1:30 PM to book an afternoon slot. When I asked to book immediately, she explained the afternoon slots were locked and unbookable at that moment. I've tried to understand the reasoning behind this bizarre booking system, but no logical explanation exists. They simply open slots for half a day, forcing patients to repeatedly call and hope for availability. Seemingly, I'm the only person who finds this approach absurd and inefficient.
