Terrible reception service from rude nhs staff

A receptionist named Karen demonstrates appalling unprofessionalism at this facility. She consistently fails to respond to door chimes and neglects to properly verify patient information or provide appropriate assistance. I escalated my concerns to the manager Helen, yet Karen remains employed. This represents the most abysmal service I've encountered within the NHS. When confronted about her errors, she becomes defensive, fabricates excuses, and becomes verbally aggressive. On two separate instances, her deplorable attitude left my children emotionally distraught and upset.
