Terrible reception service leaves patients without care

My daughter developed a widespread rash and was advised by 111 to urgently see a doctor. Upon calling the practice, we were dismissed and now cannot secure any appointment whatsoever. The receptionist displayed complete indifference, despite my daughter's condition worsening and her urgent need for medical intervention. I requested a B12 appointment and was scheduled two weeks out, but no specific time was provided. I was told I'd receive a text confirmation, which hasn't arrived even after a week. Additionally, I've asked for blood test forms due to experiencing persistent dizzy spells. Once again, the reception staff showed zero compassion and remain unreachable. I understand you're busy and attempting to be equitable, but this situation is not our fault. Those with genuine medical needs are being systematically neglected, with no apparent triage or priority system. The handling is absolutely unacceptable!
