Terrible reception staff ruin healthcare experience

I am utterly frustrated by the consistently subpar treatment from the front desk personnel. The reception team at this medical facility display shockingly discourteous behavior and deserve a thorough investigation into their interactions with patients. Repeatedly, I've initiated calls at 8 am, endured lengthy wait times, only to have my connection abruptly terminated. During today's interaction, after finally connecting, I was curtly informed that no appointments were available, delivered with an unfeeling and dismissive attitude, devoid of any apology or basic human decency. While I recognize that securing same-day appointments isn't always feasible and may be outside their direct control, the manner in which staff engage with patients is entirely within their power. In a healthcare environment, demonstrating even minimal compassion and maintaining professional communication should be standard, especially when interacting with individuals experiencing pain or emotional distress. Such unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable and demands immediate and decisive intervention.
