Terrible reception staff ruin patient experience

Absolutely unbelievable, the front desk staff appear completely incompetent with their phone handling. It seems like they deliberately avoid answering calls - do they flee when the phone rings? I attempted 164 times to connect in a single day, and when I finally got through, I was left waiting on hold for close to 30 minutes. What a complete embarrassment! The medical professionals themselves are great, but the reception team desperately needs to get their act together and improve their service!!!!!
