Terrible reception staff ruin patient experience

The quality of the front desk personnel has significantly declined. They appear to go out of their way to make scheduling an appointment difficult, despite the clinic being virtually vacant when you finally secure a slot. This isn't the extent of the issues; several staff members urgently require retraining to understand their role as receptionists, not doctors. Moreover, a handful are remarkably discourteous and unprofessional, seemingly forgetting that they lack medical expertise.
