Terrible receptionist ruined my healthcare experience

I encountered absolutely unacceptable treatment from a specific receptionist who demonstrated complete unprofessionalism. She consistently fabricated excuses and showed zero commitment to assisting me with my post-surgical healthcare requirements. Despite submitting a detailed letter from the hospital regarding my recent hip operation - which was sent both electronically and physically - she brazenly claimed no documentation existed. Her deliberate interference with my healthcare process was appalling. Furthermore, she instructed me to collect a prescription, forcing me to arrange transportation given my limited mobility after surgery. Upon arrival, another receptionist casually informed me no prescription was available. When confronted about the previous instruction, she merely shrugged off her error with a dismissive "Oh, I made a mistake" - offering no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. The sheer number of similar incidents with this individual is beyond frustrating. However, I must acknowledge that despite this receptionist's conduct, several healthcare practitioners provided compassionate and effective care during my treatment.
