Terrible receptionist ruins healthcare experience for patients

I deeply empathize with the dedicated NHS personnel navigating extremely challenging circumstances. Nevertheless, one particular receptionist (Amanda) is clearly miscast in her role. In fact, she would struggle to maintain employment in any customer-oriented position. Her demeanor is persistently discourteous and unquestionably inappropriate. Such conduct undermines the entire medical practice and will undoubtedly negatively impact the emotional state of the unfortunate patients subjected to her disrespectful treatment.
