Terrible receptionist ruins patient experience at medical centre

The receptionist at SwanPool Medical Centre is absolutely terrible. She consistently refuses to schedule appointments for patients. No matter if you arrive early in the morning or call right at opening, she claims all slots are booked. Her standard response is always that appointments are completely full, leaving patients frustrated and without options. I'm bewildered why the management hasn't addressed this dysfunctional booking system. When patients request prescription renewals, she simply deflects, insisting on an appointment but providing no actual way to obtain one. Her obstructive behavior creates an impossible situation where patients are left wondering how they can even see a doctor. The receptionist seems determined to prevent any patient from accessing medical care, effectively blocking people from meeting with healthcare professionals through her uncooperative attitude.
