Terrible receptionists ruin entire medical practice
The reception staff at this clinic desperately need to be replaced. I'm utterly appalled by their incompetence - I was stuck on hold for an incredible 51 minutes! How is such terrible service even possible??? Dr. Arif is the only competent professional here, while the receptionists are completely unprofessional. I called at 9:50am and didn't get through until 10:41am - absolutely unacceptable. Their behaviour is disgraceful. They appear completely dependent on Dr. Arif and seem lost when he's away. When I requested a prescription, they claimed no other doctor could help, despite having another physician, Dr. Shyly, who is frankly terrible at her job and extremely rude. I'm baffled how she was even hired. They provided an incorrect medication dosage and then became defensive when confronted, refusing to acknowledge their mistake. These staff clearly need comprehensive training - it's no wonder they have such terrible reviews. Anyone considering registering with this GP practice should seriously reconsider their options.
