Terrible receptionists ruin medical clinic experience

The receptionists here are absolutely unacceptable and completely unsuited for their positions. They treat patients like mere customers, forgetting that these are individuals seeking critical medical assistance, not making a social call. When life throws a curveball and you cannot arrive precisely on time for your appointment, they discard you ruthlessly, as if you've missed a restaurant reservation. Instead of offering solutions and supporting you as a sick patient, they coldly dismiss you, showing zero compassion. Their response is to rudely direct you to a hospital walk-in center (where you'll waste an entire day waiting) or to call back the next day. When you do call early in the morning, they claim no appointments are available - which is absurd, considering it's only 8:05 AM. They then suggest a pharmacist will contact you to potentially prescribe antibiotics. How can a pharmacist possibly evaluate a patient's condition over the phone and responsibly prescribe medication without a proper medical assessment? If pharmacists could indeed prescribe antibiotics, why didn't they propose this solution earlier, instead of being disrespectful and unprofessional? These two receptionists epitomize individuals completely unfit for their roles, who not only tarnish the reputation of the excellent doctors working in this clinic and the NHS, but potentially endanger patients' lives through their callous and incompetent approach.
