Terrible registration and customer service nightmare

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Registration and Service at SHIFA Medical Practice Dear reception I am writing to formally voice my profound disappointment with the registration process and overall service at SHIFA Medical Practice. I have made repeated attempts to register through the NHS website and their online portal—a frustrating endeavor I have undertaken four to five times without any success. Furthermore, on August 17th, I personally visited the practice, submitted all required documentation, and completed the necessary forms. I was given assurances that my registration would be processed expeditiously. In addition, I provided two medical letters from my Portuguese doctors, outlining the necessity for specific medical tests, which I have been waiting on for three weeks. Today, August 29th, I was informed that my documentation has been inexplicably misplaced. When I reached out to the practice on August 28th to discuss my concerns, the receptionist callously suggested that I consider registering with another clinic if I was unsatisfied with their service. Such a response is utterly unacceptable and has only intensified my growing frustration. I have escalated this matter to the NHS and am currently awaiting a resolution. As of now, I remain unregistered and profoundly discontented with the substandard service provided. I firmly believe that every patient deserves respectful and efficient treatment, and my experience has fallen dramatically short of acceptable standards.
