Terrible service

I had a very bad experience with Jeannette, as she had given me an appointment for today but, when I arrived she did not let me see the doctor at the time of my appointment because she made an error and did not know why she sent me an appointment for it. furthermore she was incompetent when talking to me, up until I mentioned that my daughter had a possibility of having cancer. She was also discriminating against me, as she saw arrive early but then chose to attend someone who came later than me and when I pointed this out to her, she said she made a mistake in a very rude tone, practically yelling it at me and she did not even offer an apology for her behaviour. This made me quite upset so I asked politely for an appointment with her manager and then again, she yelled it at me while I had been polite with her the entire time, even after her multiple mistakes. After this I was forced to call 111 to ask for advice on what I needed to do and they informed me to go to a pharmacy to buy the required medication for my daughter, and they had also suggested me of changing GPs. This utter incompetence to me makes me feel like she (Jeannette) has been not only treating patients like this for a long period of time, but has gotten away with it! As when a doctor came out to see what was happening, she simply looked and did not intervene or do anything to correct the way I was being treated, which makes me feel insecure as to how this surgery centre treats people like me, who are not the best at English nor have a British accent when the main objective of a doctor is to be helpful towards people in need or in distress.
