Terrible service after decades of loyal patient care

I've been a patient at the Symptom Centre for over four decades. Today, while waiting for blood results, I was repeatedly told I'm first in the queue. WHAT A WASTE OF HALF AN HOUR????/ No apology was offered for the wait. They simply stated the result was normal with no further action required. NO suggestion to consult a GP about the underlying cause of my symptoms. One exceptional GP there rescued my life in 2007 after the diagnostic centre dismissively claimed I had a polyp and shouldn't worry, when it was actually cancer. Now the Simpson centre has discourteous reception staff, especially one particularly unpleasant woman who is rude both on the phone and in person. I'm planning to switch providers after 40 years of loyalty. Then I sought help for finger pain, was sent for an X-ray that showed nothing, and referred to a hand clinic. Two months later, absolutely no follow-up, and the pain persists. I desperately miss Dr. Wiggington, who was truly remarkable and saved my life. * Even one star is too generous
