Terrible service and communication from this medical practice

Once more, I find myself frustrated with this medical practice's poor service. I've been stuck on the phone for over an hour, desperately trying to confirm whether a prescription has been processed for my husband, whose medication will run out in just two days. To my dismay, I discovered the surgery closes during lunch! John has consistently received subpar care. When he was extremely unwell, he was told the earliest appointment was a week and a half away. The very next day, he was urgently transported to the hospital by emergency services. Despite being discharged for over three weeks now, we've received no communication from the surgery. When we inquired about this, they claimed they hadn't received the discharge letter. I've since spoken with the hospital, who left a voicemail confirming the letter was signed and sent. I could continue detailing these issues endlessly and may well pursue this matter formally.
