Terrible service and communication from this medical practice

I've been struggling to schedule an appointment for months, with phone lines constantly busy or fully booked. My doctor modified my medication dosage without consulting me, and I'm unable to question this decision. After several months, the situation has only worsened. I've been taking the same medication for nearly 15 years, consistently collecting it from the same pharmacy. Today, when I went to refill my prescription, I was told to contact my GP. Upon calling, the staff member was extremely unhelpful, claiming that my long-standing repeat prescription has never actually been authorized, despite years of consistent collection. When I asked for guidance, I was simply advised to call the GP by 8am for an appointment. However, from past experience, I know that even calling early leaves me in a queue, only to be told all slots are gone. This is utterly ridiculous! I miss the days of Dr. Combes, Dr. Hunt, Dr. Tracey, and Dr. Barnes - physicians who genuinely cared about their patients. Even Jill, who used to work at the front desk and was wonderful, has been replaced by an indifferent young staff member.
