Terrible service and communication from unhelpful clinic

Been trying to reach them since early morning, spent a total of 3.5 hours on hold, calls disconnected, line goes silent after waiting 20 minutes. Finally got through at 5:20pm (receptionist suggested calling back tomorrow, I questioned their phone availability given today's performance). Three-week wait for an appointment, only to have NHS 111 instantly schedule a phone consultation with my doctor the next morning, indicating they could have arranged this initially. Now they claim to be accepting new patients... laughable, considering they can't even manage their existing patients. Completely not worth your time. Waiting on an urgent referral letter for a week. Called the doctors a week later, only to learn the referral was just processed. This is absolutely unacceptable. Discussed the issue with the doctor, who disregarded my concerns, went over my head, and did exactly what he wanted without listening.
