Terrible service and complete communication breakdown

Utterly disorganized. Complete absence of professionalism, empathy, or responsibility for errors. I received dual confirmation messages about my appointment, yet discovered the medical facility was shut for staff training when I arrived. I was left stranded outside until a staff member eventually appeared and offered to investigate internally. I was then stunned to receive a text rescheduling my appointment to 3pm, which directly conflicted with previous confirmations. Although they suggested 2:30pm, I was given no chance to validate or reply. Deeply frustrated by the total lack of direct, personal apology or meaningful explanation. While occasional mistakes are understandable, this degree of carelessness is entirely unacceptable, particularly given the significant personal effort—including taking time away from work and managing associated stress—that went into preparing for this appointment.
